VitaFom offers a 3-year frame warranty and 1-year parts-only warranty for electronics and the battery. It covers factory defects, but not wear and tear, misuse, or damage from handling. It’s a parts-only warranty, so labor and service aren’t included.

VitaFom scooters take about 14 days to build after you make your payment.

Once they’re ready, delivery usually takes 45 to 90 days, depending on where you live and shipping conditions. These are estimated timeframes, and they may vary.

This very much depends on two factors: the stock status on the product page and how far you are from the warehouse your scooter ships out from. It could be as short as 2 business days or longer than 3 weeks if it’s a special order. Bear in mind, different colors of the same model can have different stock statuses. Also bear in mind that if you add certain customizations, these can increase the time it takes for the team to assemble your scooter at the warehouse.

VitaFom scooters can be returned within 14 to 30 days of delivery if they’re new, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and paperwork included.

There may be a 15% to 25% restocking fee, and you’ll usually need to pay for return shipping unless there’s a defect or mistake. Customized or “as-is” items can’t be returned.

Order Cancellation

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and before the item ships, are eligible for a full refund.
  

• If the item has already shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.

• The scooter is in the original packaging, with all included items
  

• A valid Return Authorization (RA) is obtained before the item is sent back

• Restocking fees vary by brand, ranging from 5% to 30% of the original product price
  

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  

• White Glove Delivery fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase
  

• Delivery and service charges are non-refundable
