Order Cancellation

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and before the item ships, are eligible for a full refund.

If the item has already shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.

Return shipping and restocking fees will apply after shipment.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

The scooter is unused, clean, and undamaged

The scooter is in the original packaging, with all included items

A valid Return Authorization (RA) is obtained before the item is sent back

Items already in transit or used cannot be returned
Return Fees and Costs

Restocking fees vary by brand, ranging from 5% to 30% of the original product price

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

White Glove Delivery fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase

Delivery and service charges are non-refundable
