RMB scooters usually take 1 to 3 business days to process after you place your order.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes around 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the product. Shipping times can vary, but they aim to get your scooter to you as soon as possible.

This very much depends on two factors: the stock status on the product page and how far you are from the warehouse your scooter ships out from. It could be as short as 2 business days or longer than 3 weeks if it’s a special order. Bear in mind, different colors of the same model can have different stock statuses. Also bear in mind that if you add certain customizations, these can increase the time it takes for the team to assemble your scooter at the warehouse.

RMB scooters can be returned within 30 days as long as they’re new, unused, and in the original box with everything that came with them.

You’ll need to pay for return shipping, and a restocking fee of 5% to 25% may apply based on the item. Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

• White Glove Delivery fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase
