This very much depends on two factors: the stock status on the product page and how far you are from the warehouse your scooter ships out from. It could be as short as 2 business days or longer than 3 weeks if it’s a special order. Bear in mind, different colors of the same model can have different stock statuses. Also bear in mind that if you add certain customizations, these can increase the time it takes for the team to assemble your scooter at the warehouse.

You can return Pushpak Motors items within 7 days if they’re new, unused, and in the original packaging.

You’ll need to request a Return Authorization (RA#) within 48 hours, and the return must be completed within 15 days. There’s a 25% restocking fee, and you pay for return shipping unless it was a company mistake.

Used, open-box, and custom orders can’t be returned. Refunds can take up to 4 weeks and will go back to your original payment method.
