At 2SeaterElectricScooters.com, all scooters come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms vary by brand. Some brands offer in-home service. Others provide parts-only coverage.

A standard warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, such as tires or lights. It also excludes damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Most batteries are covered by a separate warranty issued by the battery manufacturer.

Warranty service must follow the specific terms set by each brand. Some brands may send parts for replacement, while others may include technician support.

4-5 days (business days) for other orders

This very much depends on two factors: the stock status on the product page and how far you are from the warehouse your scooter ships out from. It could be as short as 2 business days or longer than 3 weeks if it’s a special order. Bear in mind, different colors of the same model can have different stock statuses. Also bear in mind that if you add certain customizations, these can increase the time it takes for the team to assemble your scooter at the warehouse.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and before the item ships, are eligible for a full refund.

  • If the item has already shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.

  • Return shipping and restocking fees will apply after shipment.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The scooter is unused, clean, and undamaged

  • The scooter is in the original packaging, with all included items

  • A valid Return Authorization (RA) is obtained before the item is sent back

  • Items already in transit or used cannot be returned

Return Fees and Costs

  • Restocking fees vary by brand, ranging from 5% to 30% of the original product price

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • White Glove Delivery fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase

  • Delivery and service charges are non-refundable

These charges reflect standard industry policies and are in place due to return fees imposed by our suppliers.
