Returns

You can return CozyTrikes products, parts, or accessories within 7 days if they’re new, unused, and still in the original packaging. Used, custom, special order, or financed items can’t be returned.

There’s a 25% restocking fee for non-defective returns, and you’ll need to cover return shipping. If anything gets damaged on the way back, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Issues or defects must be reported in writing within 7 days. If you paid using Katapult, please check their payment page for return instructions.
