Afiscooter comes with 2 years of free in-home service. This means if something goes wrong, a technician will come to your home to do repairs, and the cost of parts and labor is fully covered.

You can also choose to buy an extended warranty for a third year of coverage.

Please note: The battery has its own warranty from the battery maker, not from Afikim.

Afikim Electric Vehicle offers a 2-year limited warranty from the date of invoice to the dealer. During this period, Afikim will repair or replace, at their discretion, any defective components in material or workmanship. Covered parts include the main frame, transaxle, motor (electronic function only), brake system, electronic controllers, chargers, harnesses, and other electrical subassemblies. The battery has a separate warranty from the battery manufacturer and is not covered by Afikim.

What’s Not Covered: Normal wear-and-tear parts like tires, bulbs, plastic shrouds, and upholstery are excluded. The warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, accidents, contamination, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs. Labor and shipping costs are not covered unless pre-approved. Warranty service must be done through an authorized provider, and prior written authorization is required before returning any parts.

Curbside Shipping is FREE in all products.

Afiscooter products usually ship within 1–2 business days after you place your order. Once shipped, delivery takes about 4–5 business days, depending on your location and supplier processing times.

Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may change. If you choose upgrades or extra accessories, additional time may be needed for installation before shipping.

For standard curbside shipping, only minor assembly is required. You can also pay for White Glove Delivery, where a technician receives the item, unpacks it, and delivers it to you 100% assembled.

This very much depends on two factors: the stock status on the product page and how far you are from the warehouse your scooter ships out from. It could be as short as 2 business days or longer than 3 weeks if it’s a special order. Bear in mind, different colors of the same model can have different stock statuses. Also bear in mind that if you add certain customizations, these can increase the time it takes for the team to assemble your scooter at the warehouse.

Afiscooter items may be returned within 30 days of delivery with a valid Return Authorization (RA).The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. Returns must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving the RA.

A 25% restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery and service fees are non-refundable. Items canceled after shipping are treated as returns. Custom-made items and mattresses are non-returnable. If delivered and accepted by a technician, the item cannot be returned. Refunds are issued after return approval, minus any fees.

Order Cancellation

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and before the item ships, are eligible for a full refund.

• The scooter is unused, clean, and undamaged
  

• The scooter is in the original packaging, with all included items
  

• A valid Return Authorization (RA) is obtained before the item is sent back
  

• Items already in transit or used cannot be returned
  
  

Return Fees and Costs

• Restocking fees vary by brand, ranging from 5% to 30% of the original product price
  

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  

• White Glove Delivery fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of purchase
